Neo-Japanese

I really love Japanese and other Asian motifs. I do tend to stay away from the more flatly rendered traditional work but if I can have form, depth, detail, and lighting then I’m definitely in. From Dragons and Koi to Demons and Fu-Dogs. If you see something here that you like, it can be re—colored, posed and lit just for your project or I can edit it in just about any way possible. From there I can use Zbrush to get a sketch of the lines which helps to turn the 3d object into something better suited for tattoo, and then that output can be manipulated in a ton of ways as illustrated here. I made one dragon, spending lots of time and attention to very minute details. This could then be colored, lit, tattooed or presented many different ways. As a tool for generating ideas, the power really is incredible. My creative process is extremely flexible when it comes to tattoos All of these are on the list of upcoming and ongoing projects so if you want to see it happen faster, lets do a consultation and get rolling!
